If you're running multiple NPS campaigns simultaneously, then you will find the reports feature useful.
It gives you the possibility to view the NPS score of a specific campaign, the total amount of Passives, Promoters, and Detractors within your customers, the latest responses customers gave, the NPS trend and campaign's delivery stats.
Reports are actually your Dashboard being filtered by campaigns. The easiest way to view reports is by accessing them from the Campaigns page.
Click on the reports icon and you will be redirected to your filtered dashboard.
