Dashboard filter gives you the possibility to filter and recalculate NPS data based on a set of criteria:

  • Campaign: View the NPS score of a specific campaign, the number of responses you have received in this campaign, track the NPS trend and check campaign's delivery stats.
  • Customer tags: You can filter your dashboard with one or more customer tags.
  • Response tags: Use one or more responses tags to filter the Dashboard.
  • Survey channel: Display NPS data collected from email or in-app surveys.

You can customize your dashboard by setting only one of the available filters, or you can narrow down your NPS data by choosing multiple filters, as in the example below:
