Start with creating a new rule in an existing Campaign in Retently (or create a new campaign if needed).

For the Event field please choose New response > Any (or you can choose only Promoters, Passives, Detractors).

For the action please choose Export to Dynamics 360. Make sure you have already enabled your Microsoft Dynamics integration.

Your rule should look like in the example below:

Finally click Save rule and save your campaign.

Add NPS score and feedback fields in Dynamics

To attach the new contact's score and feedback you will have to create relevant fields in Dynamics.

Please follow this short tutorial:

Navigate to Service > Contacts area.

Select Form.

Add a new Section > One Column.

Double click on section. Update field Label to Retently NPS Score and Feedback
Click on OK button.

Click on New Field button.

Add Last Score field.

  • Display Name: Last Score
  • Name: NpsLastScore
  • Data Type: Single Line of Text

Click on Save and Close button.

Click on New Field button again.

Add Last Feedback field.

  • Display Name: Last Feedback
  • Name: NpsLastFeedback
  • Data Type: Multiple Lines of Text
  • Maximum Length: 2,000

Click on Save and Close button.

From right sidebar (Field Explorer), switch Filter to Custom Fields mode.

Drag and drop Last Score field to Retently NPS Score and Feedback section.

Drag and drop Last Feedback field to Retently NPS Score and Feedback section.

Finally click on Save button and on Publish.
