Since everything in Retently NPS revolves around the Campaigns, customers can be only surveyed if they are included in a campaign. Check our Campaigns documentation before starting to send surveys manually.
Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to send surveys manually:
- Log in to your account and access the Audience page.
- Select one or more customers and click the Send survey button.
- Next, you will be asked to choose an email type campaign. Make sure that you have an enabled campaign. The only reason a campaign is required is so that our system knows what email survey template to send your customer.
