Since everything in Retently NPS revolves around the Campaigns, customers can be only surveyed if they are included in a campaign. Check our Campaigns documentation before starting to send surveys manually.
Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to send surveys manually:
Log in to your account and access the Audience page.
Select one or more customers and click the Send survey button.
Next, you will be asked to choose an email type campaign. Make sure that you have an enabled campaign. The only reason a campaign is required is so that our system knows what email survey template to send your customer.
