If you have your Microsoft Dynamics CRM set up on-premise, then you will not be able to connect it with Retently to sync your customers and export NPS data.

Our native integration was developed to connect to the online version of the Dynamics CRM only.

An on-premise integration solution requires a third-party service that would allow the authentication to the self-hosted version and connection with Retently. If you're interested in this option, please let us know at support@retently.com, and we can discuss the details and terms for a custom-developed integration.

IMPORTANT: If you consider connecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Retently using Zapier, keep in mind that the self-hosted instance not supported as well. Learn more.
