There are times when the turnover or role changing in your company can also generate changes in your Customer Success Team. In case you need to change the owner of your account in Retently, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the “chat” support icon, placed in the lower right corner of your page
- Write us a short message that you want to change the account owner
- State in the message the first/last name and the email address.
We will make the change in your account and write a short instruction email to the new owner.
