The Group Health graph helps you monitor your group's performance across various customer touchpoints.
Getting Started
Create Touchpoints
Touchpoints represent interactions between your customers and your business, such as finishing the onboarding or resolving a support ticket. Start by creating at least one touchpoint, but you can add as many as needed to capture all relevant interactions.
Add Groups
A group in the graph is a collection of touchpoints and campaigns specific to a particular interaction.
Example Setup
Let’s say you have the following campaigns in Retently:
Campaign 1: Group X - Survey After Onboarding Finished
Campaign 2: Group X - Survey After Post-Support Interaction
Campaign 3: Group Y - Survey After Order Fulfilled
Campaign 4: Group Y - Survey After Post-Support Interaction
In this example, you have four survey campaigns—two for each group.
For each group:
One campaign triggers surveys when the onboarding is finished.
Another campaign triggers surveys when a support ticket is closed.
This setup corresponds to two touchpoints.
How It Appears in the Group Health Graph
Group X:
Touchpoint "Onboarding Finished" → Campaign 1
Touchpoint "Post-Support Interaction" → Campaign 2
Group Y:
