Update customer data, manually or automatically, with integrations

Learn how to updated data for customers that were imported from one of our native integrations.

Currently, only Intercom and Salesforce integrations support customer data update options.

Following customer data can and will be updated:

  • Customer's first and last names

  • Customer company name

  • Customer tags

If any of the above data has been changed to other services, it will be updated with the next customer sync. 

Customer data can be updated automatically if you enable the auto-sync option on the integration page. The auto-sync runs once every 24h.

You can also update customer data manually. All you have to do is access the integration page and click on the Sync Now button next to the list you want to update.
