If you need extra survey capacity beyond what your subscription includes, you can purchase one or more additional packs of 10,000 survey credits each directly from the Billing page.
How Additional Credits Work
The 10,000 survey credits are purchased as a one-time fee.
These credits are added on top of your existing monthly subscription credits.
Unused additional credits roll over to the next month, so nothing is lost if you do not use them right away.
Credit Usage Order
To make sure you get the most value from your subscription:
Each month, your regular subscription credits reset as usual.
You will always use your subscription credits first.
Any additionally purchased credits are used last.
Because of this, additional credits act as a safety buffer and are a good way to ensure you always have spare credits available when you need them.
Billing Details
When you purchase additional credits, the credit card on file will be charged immediately.
This purchase does not change your subscription plan or billing cycle.
