We’ve added a couple of improvements to our Slack integration to give you more control and visibility.
You can now send a test alert when setting up Slack alerts, so you can instantly preview how messages will appear in your selected channel before going live.
We’ve also introduced multiple alert formats. You can choose between:
Detailed for full respondent and survey data
Compact for a cleaner, more focused view
Minimal for only the essentials
These updates make it easier to tailor Slack alerts to your team’s workflow and avoid unnecessary noise.
You can configure both options in the Alerts section of your survey campaign.
