On rare occasions, the auto-sync may stop working (or will freeze in an "in progress" state) if the integration encounters an issue in the connected service when trying to sync your audience.
If your integration segments, with the activated auto-sync option, stopped syncing on a daily basis, then follow this step-by-step guide to reactivate them:
Deactivate the auto-sync option and reload the page.
Click the "Sync now" button to start manual segment sync.
Wait until the sync has finished and the results tooltip is displayed.
Once the sync is finished, activate the auto-sync option again.
