The various scenarios configured in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and help you to build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
Each Scenario starts with one app as the "Trigger", where your information comes from and which causes one or more "Actions" in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.
Retently as a "Trigger" app
You can use Retently as a "Trigger" app to perform automated actions in other services based on your survey data.
Retently triggers:
List Customers: It will return a list of customers with the specified fields and will send it to the selected app.
Watch a Survey: When you receive a new survey response in Retently it will send it automatically to your selected app for further analysis. follow-up or storage.
Customer unsubscribed: When a customer unsubscribes from your email surveys in Retently or when you unsubscribe them manually in Retently.
Retently as an "Action" app
You can also perform a set of actions in Retently based on events triggered in other apps.
Retently Actions:
Create Customers and Send Survey: Will create a new customer in Retently using the data provided by the trigger app and send them automatically a survey.
Create a customer: Will create a new customer in Retently using the data provided by the trigger app.
Update a customer: Will update an existing Retently customer with the data from the trigger app.
Tag a survey response: Will add tags to the survey response. You can pair this with another app that analyzes texts and identifies keywords, which can be sent back to Retently.
Delete customer: Will allow you to delete specific customers based on the data retrieved from the trigger app.
How do I connect Retently to Make?
Log in to your Make account or create a new account.
Navigate to "Scenarios" from the sidebar menu.
Add Retently as a module and click on it.
In the "Connection" dropdown click add.
In the new window that popped up introduce your API token.
In your Retently account go to the API Token page.
Click on Generate New API Token and name the new Token.
Click show Token, and copy it to your clipboard.
Paste this Token in the Connections window in Make.
