After setting up the integration between Retently and Hubspot you might encounter an issue of not seeing Retently properties in your Hubspot view.

To add them to the general view scroll down the properties part, and click ‘View all properties’:

When you’re redirected to the properties page, type in “Retently” in the search bar.

Once you see Retently properties, hover over those you want to add and click on the ‘Add to the view’ button for each of the properties needed.

When all the properties you need are added, go back to the contact details, your new properties will be there now.
