Export survey data to Pipedrive

Our native Pipedrive integration gives you the possibility to export survey responses as people and organization properties in Pipedrive.

IMPORTANT: Retently will not create new contacts in your Pipedrive account. When you receive a survey response, the integration will send an API request to your Pipedrive account, and if you have a person with such an email address (or an organization with such a domain), then the integration will send the data that you have configured (more details below).

To get started, access the editor more of a survey campaign whose survey responses you want to export to Pipedrive. Go to the Exports section within your campaign and click the "Create new integration export" button and choose Pipedrive in the popup window.

Once you click the "Create new export" button from the popup, if this is the first time you connect your Pipedrive account to Retently, then you will be asked to authorize our Pipedrive app.

After authorizing our app and creating the export, a new Pipedrive export item should appear in the list on the page. Access the export item by clicking on it and you will see a list with all the data that our integration can send to your Pipedrive account.

The integration can export the following data:

  • Response rating: Export the answer to the Main Rating question as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Response button label: Export the answer as a button label to the Main Rating question as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Response category: Export the respondent's category (Promoter, Passive, or Detractor) as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Response text feedback: Export the comment left to the Main Open-ended question as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Last survey response date: Export the date of the last received response as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Last survey sent date: Export the date of the last survey sent as a contact property in Pipedrive.

  • Response as a note: Automatically generate a note with the survey response details and add it to the contact's profile in Pipedrive.

  • Retently profile link: Will export to Pipedrive the link to the customer's profile in Retently;

  • Account CX score: This export is available only if "Accounts" are included in your plan. It will export the value of the Account CX score calculated based on the customer's domain.

Feel free to untick the options that you do not want our integration to send an update to your Pipedrive account.

Once you've fully configured your export, make sure to save the changes and switch the export ON.

If you have multiple survey campaigns and you need to export their responses to Pipedrive as well, then you will have to repeat this process for the other campaign.
