Managing widgets on your dashboard is straightforward and helps you keep track of key metrics like NPS, CSAT, etc.

Adding Widgets

  • You can only have one score widget for a specific metric (for example, only one NPS widget), which aggregates data from all your survey campaigns with that metric.

  • To add a new widget, such as a CSAT widget, create a campaign with the desired metric. No need to send surveys in the newly created campaign; the widget appears after you create the campaign.

  • Refresh your dashboard to see the new widget, which will initially be empty until you receive at least one survey response.

Removing Widgets

  • If a widget is no longer needed, such as a test campaign widget, you can easily remove it.

  • Go to your campaigns page, find the campaign associated with the widget, and delete it. You can delete campaigns individually or in bulk.

  • Once deleted, the widget will automatically disappear from your dashboard, keeping it clean and relevant.

In summary, widgets are automatically added to your dashboard when you create a campaign with a specific metric and removed when you delete such campaigns. This allows for a flexible and efficient way to monitor different aspects of customer feedback directly from your dashboard.
