When using our app to send surveys via Microsoft email, it's important to understand how our integration handles the connection process, especially if your Microsoft workspace requires admin approval for apps. Here’s what you need to know:

Immediate Connection Requirement

When you click the "Connect Microsoft" button to link your Microsoft email address, our integration requires an immediate connection. This means that the email address must be connected right away and cannot be left in a pending state awaiting approval by a Microsoft workspace admin.

Approval Requirement for Apps

If your Microsoft workspace has a policy requiring admin approval for apps to be installed, you cannot connect your email address directly through the standard process. Our integration does not support a pending approval state, so the connection cannot be completed until the app is approved.

Alternative Solution: Domain Verification

If your workspace requires admin approval for apps, you can still use our app to send surveys by verifying your domain instead. Here’s what you need to do:
