The Macros feature allows you to create, save, and customize email responses to survey respondents.

Here’s a quick guide to using it:

Initiating a Reply

To reply to a survey response, locate the response on the Feedback page, select the menu, and choose the “Reply via email” option. This opens the reply window where you can type your message.

Saving a Macro

After composing a reply, you can save it as a template by clicking on the Macros menu and selecting “Save as new macro.”

Name the macro and choose to make it either public (accessible to all users in your account) or private (for your use only).

Editing or Overriding a Macro

To update an existing macro, select “Override existing macro” from the Macros menu, choose the macro to override, and confirm.

Using and Deleting Macros

To use a saved macro, simply click on its name from the Macros menu and it will be added to the reply editor. Please keep in mind that when doing so, any text already inputted in the text area will be replaced with the selected macro.

To delete a macro, select the delete option from the Macros menu, confirm, and it will be removed.

With Macros, you can streamline responses, personalize messages, and maintain consistency across replies.
