If multiple team members handle manual email replies to survey responses, it’s common to wonder if someone else has already started a reply to a specific customer. To avoid confusion, our platform provides a notification feature that displays when another user has begun drafting a reply.
Here’s how it works:
When you open the reply window for a survey response, a notification appears if another user has already started drafting a reply. This notification includes the name of the person who initiated the response and the time they started.
The notification remains visible even if the original user decides not to complete the reply or delegate it. This ensures all team members know if someone previously intended to respond, helping avoid duplicate replies.
If several people have accessed the reply window, a tooltip will list each user who has opened it. This allows you to see who else may be involved in the reply so you can follow up if needed.
This feature helps teams coordinate replies, ensuring clear communication and a smoother feedback process.
