When moving from Delighted to Retently, you can bring over two important types of data:
Historical survey responses
Unsubscribed and bounced contacts
Retently doesn't support the "Sent/Scheduled surveys" option.
This ensures continuity in your reporting and protects your deliverability moving forward.
Import historical survey responses
Importing past responses allows you to continue tracking trends and performance in Retently without losing historical context.
Step 1: Export survey responses from Delighted
Go to your Dashboard in Delighted
In the left sidebar, scroll down and click Export Data
Select Survey Responses (important: do not select “Sent/Scheduled surveys”)
Choose your preferred date range
Recommended: All time
Click Export CSV
You can follow their official tutorial on exporting survey data: https://delighted-help-160b834b9adfde78ebef1528.helpscoutdocs.com/article/544-exporting-data#how.
