If you need to add or update your VAT ID in Retently, follow these steps:
1. Admin Access Required
Only users with admin privileges can access the Billing section. If you’re not an admin, ask a team member with admin rights to complete the steps for you.
2. Go to the Billing Page
If a credit card is already added, you’ll see an Edit Payment or similar button. If no card is added yet, the button will say Add Credit Card. Or simply click here.
3. Open Customer Portal
Click the button in the payment section, this will redirect you to your customer portal.
4. Add or Update VAT ID
In the portal, click on the VAT ID field.
Enter your VAT ID and click Update Account Information.
5. VAT ID on Invoices
Once updated, your VAT ID will appear on all future and past invoices.
