You can mention your teammates (other users in your Retently account) directly in the private notes (seen only by your account's users, not by customers) under survey responses to make collaboration easier and faster.
How It Works
In any survey response note, type @ followed by a teammate’s name.
Select the correct person from the list.
Once you post the note, the mentioned teammate will receive an email notification with the note content and a link to the survey response.
