By default, survey responses are automatically exported to other services using the "Export" feature configured in your survey campaigns.
In some situations, a response may not be exported automatically. This can happen if:
An integration was temporarily disconnected
An export attempt failed due to an error
Survey responses were imported manually into Retently
Export settings were added or changed after responses were collected
When this happens, you can manually re-export one or multiple survey responses from the "Feedback" page.
Re-export a single survey response
Go to the "Feedback" page in your Retently account.
Locate the survey response you want to re-export.
Click the menu icon on that response.
Select Re-export response.
Choose one of the available export destinations.
The list of destinations is based on the services configured in your campaign’s "Export" section.
Once selected, Retently will re-export the response using the same field mappings defined in that export configuration. This includes fields such as rating, text feedback, notes, last response date, and any other enabled attributes.
Re-export multiple survey responses at once
Go to the "Feedback" page.
Select multiple survey responses using the checkboxes.
An action bar will appear at the top of the page.
Click Re-export from the action menu.
Choose the destination service.
All selected responses will be re-exported using the existing export configuration for that service.
Available export destinations
You can only re-export responses to services that are already configured and switched ON in the campaign’s Export settings.
If a service does not appear in the list, make sure:
The integration is connected
The export is enabled in the campaign
The export configuration is correctly saved
Check export status and troubleshoot issues
Each survey response includes an export status icon.
Hover over the icon to see where the response was exported, whether automatically by the campaign or manually by a team member
The tooltip also shows export attempts and success or failure status
This makes it easy to troubleshoot export issues for individual responses and confirm whether data was successfully sent to the connected service.
