The email survey template might look broken in some versions of the Outlook email client. Unfortunately, this is a widespread issue, that's been around for a long time affecting Outlook users and email services providers.

The issue might affect email templates opened in some versions of Outlook, especially 2007, 2010, and 2013, and is caused by the fact that this client is using Microsoft Word to render HTML email templates, instead of other programs, which are more compatible with current web standards.

Therefore, any additional styles applied to the email template, such as the position of the survey buttons or texts, images, and colors will look broken.

We, at Retently, know about this issue and are working on providing a workaround to the Outlook limitation, since Microsoft has not addressed this issue yet.
