Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to manually add more customers to your list.

Go to the Contacts page.

If you haven't imported any customers to your Retently account yet, then you will be redirected to an inner page that lists all the available options. To add customers manually, choose the first option from the list:

If already have at least one customer in your account, then on the Contacts page click on the Add customers button.

Choose the Add manually option from the drop-down menu. Fill in the new customer's email address, first/last name and company.

To add more customers, click on the Save & Add another button and repeat the actions described above.

IMPORTANT: Use the manual customer add option to add only a few contacts at a time. Do not use it to import large lists of customers, which you can accomplish using the CSV file importer.
