Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to import customers from another service.

1. Go to Settings category and choose Integrations.

2. Choose any service you want to import customers from and click on the Setup button.

3. You will be asked to write your login information for the service you chose.

4. After you authenticate, you will see all the customers lists within that account.

5. Choose any list or lists you want to import to your Retently account and click on the Sync icon.

6. The synchronisation will begin shortly, but might require a few minutes to complete (depending on the lists size).
