Tags help you keep your contacts list organized. Once you've tagged your customers, you'll be able to filter them, send targeted surveys and track the relationship between specific segments of your customers and your product/company.

In order to add or remove a tag to any of your contacts follow this short tutorial:

  1. Go to the Contacts page.

  2. Access the drop down menu next to the customer you want to tag.

  3. Click on the Manage Tags option.

  4. Select an existing tag or create a new one.

  5. Hit the Manage Tags button and you will see the tags added next to the customer.

Removing tags is almost identical to adding them:

  1. Go to the Customers page.

  2. Access the drop down menu next to the customer you want to tag.

  3. Click on the Manage Tags option.

  4. Select an existing tag.

  5. Hit the Manage Tags button and the tag will disappear from the customers table.
