Until recently, the feedback widget was displaying only the questions that a customer has answered (or submitted without a text comment). For instance, if the survey template included four survey questions, but the customer answered only one of them, then you would see only the answered survey question.
After a recent update, the feedback widget is displaying by default all the questions present in the survey template when the customer answered the survey. To continue the example above, even if the customer answered only one question out of four, you will still see all four of them listed in the feedback widget.
This will give you a better overview of where your customer stopped when answering the survey.
NOTE: This option is available only for new feedback. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we can't display all the template questions for older feedback, as some of the questions may already have been deleted or edited, or you have deleted the survey template in the meantime.
