NOTE: This option is currently available only for NPS feedback.
When needed, you can edit a customer's survey response. To do so, find the response that you need to adjust, open the actions menu, and choose the "Edit feedback" option.
In the pop-up window, you will see the current score and text comment provided by the customer. You can change both and hit the "Save" button.
The updated feedback will be recorded in your customer's profile.
Responses that have been edited have the "(edited)" label. On hover, the label will display a tooltip with the name of the user that has edited the response, and the date of the last edit.
