Edit customer feedback

NOTE: This option is currently available only for Main Survey questions.

When needed, you can edit a customer's survey response. To do so, find the response that you need to adjust, open the actions menu, and choose the "Edit feedback" option.

In the pop-up window, you will see the following options you can change:

  • The survey campaign

  • The main rating

  • The main open-ended text box

The updated feedback will be recorded in your customer's profile.

Responses that have been edited have the "(edited)" label. On hover, the label will display a tooltip with the name of the user that has edited the response, and the date of the last edit.
