Main article: Audience Page

Aside from the customer attributes filter that allows viewing a specific segment of your audience based on properties and tags, the Audience page also includes a quick filters bar that serves two purposes:

  • Shows the quantitative data for a particular category of customers.

  • Allows you to narrow down the results on the page.

By default, the quick filters bar will display stats for all the customers that you have in your account. It's also directly related to the customer attributes filter, which means that when you apply a filter, the data in the quick filters bar will adjust to display the stats based on the customer segment that is currently displayed.

The quick filters bar includes the following options:

  • Promoters: Number of customers that left a positive score to the last survey received.

  • Passives: Number of customers that left a neutral score to the last survey received.

  • Detractors: Number of customers that left a negative score to the last survey received.

  • Not Surveyed: Number of customers that have never been surveyed yet.

  • Not Responded: Number of customers that have not responded to the last survey received.

  • Opted Out: Number of customers that have unsubscribed from further surveys.

  • At Risk: Number of customers that have the highest risk to churn. Learn more.

You can click any of the options from the quick filters bar, which will update the Audience page to display only the customers that are included in the selected category. For instance, you can view only customers that are marked as "At Risk". Moreover, you can combine it with the attributes filter and view "At Risk" customers in a particular audience segment.
