The "At Risk" status helps you identify customers that are most likely to churn.

The status is applied or removed automatically by Retently's proprietary AI algorithms, based on your customers' survey engagement over time.

The "At Risk" status will be removed automatically if a customer's score has improved.

In order to view all "At Risk" customers, you can go to the Audience page, and in the quick filters bar, click the "At Risk" option.

NOTE: The "At Risk" algorithm is being constantly improved and refined, and the rules applied might differ at the moment of reading this article.
