You can forward a received survey response via email. This option comes in handy if you need to share a customer's feedback with one or more of your colleagues for further processing outside of Retently.

Note: If your domain is verified, you can edit the "From" field to forward it from your own mailbox. This will also allow you to receive the responses that may come from the forwarding will come back to you.
