On the Feedback page, click the "Export" icon from the top-right side of the menu, and you will see the following option:
Export per campaign: Only responses from the selected campaign will be exported. If you have applied any filters on the Feedback page, they will be used to filter the exported data.
Once you choose the "Export per campaign" option, a popup will ask you to select a survey campaign. This exported CSV file will include only responses from the selected campaign.
If you have applied any filters on the feedback page, you will see a notification informing you that the filters will also be applied to the data you're about to export. If you want to export all responses from the selected campaign, then you will need to close the popup, reset applied filters, and click the "Export per campaign" option again.
Also, the popup will allow you to choose how many columns should be included in your CSV file, which means what type of data you need to export.
There are two options:
All columns: The CSV file will include any available contact and response data.
Basic: This will include only a few basic response fields.
* Both options, "All columns" and "Basic", have a number associated (30 and 7). Each CSV file type includes this default count of CSV columns. However, please remember that the number can be larger if you have responses to templates with multiple questions, as each additional question will be added as a new column in the CSV file.
