Retently inbound webhooks allow you to accept events sent from a third-party service that you may be using, such as a CRM or help desk system. Based on the received events you can import and update contacts or trigger email surveys in Retently.
You can create webhooks manually on the Inbound Webhooks page or they can be created automatically from within a transactional email campaign.
You can clone, edit, delete or switch your webhooks ON and OFF. In the edit mode of a webhook you can also see what campaign is it assigned to.
How to use webhooks
Webhooks allow you to integrate with other services you may be using (CRMs or help desks) in order to import contacts to Retently and send them a transactional email survey.
