If you forgot your account's password you can easily reset it.
In order to do so, access https://app.retently.com/account/password/reset and in the input field type your email address (the one that you use to log in to your Retently account).
Shortly, you will receive an email message with a link that will redirect you to another webpage where you will be asked to write a new password, that you will further use to log into your account.
If you don't see the email message, please check the spam/junk folder, otherwise, contact our support team to assist you.
