Account settings page

On the Account settings page, users can manage their company information and settings.

On the Account settings page, all users can view general info about their company and only users with "Admin" role can change the information.

The Account settings page includes the following fields:

  • Company name: It will be added automatically to your survey questions when creating a new survey template.

  • Company size.

  • Account timezone: It will be taken into account when delivering your surveys, displaying survey responses dates, and in date filters across your account.

  • Benchmark industry: It will be displayed in individual campaign NPS reports, in the Trends section, where you will be able to compare your campaign's NPS score with industry averages. Retently computes the Benchmarks by anonymously averaging the data for all customers in a specific industry.

  • Business model.

  • Default comparison period: The selected value will be applied as the default period on the Trends page and other upcoming comparison reports.
