Before we dive into the topic of this article, there's one clarification required: In Retently, surveys are being sent in a campaign (you can have multiple campaigns sending surveys at the same time). Each campaign can have only one survey template assigned (even though you may have multiple templates in your account). Basically, the campaign sends the template to your audience.
This being said, there is no option to clone the actual campaign (in order to avoid users having multiple identical campaigns with conflicting settings), but you can easily clone a survey template.
To clone a template you will need to:
Click a campaign widget from the Campaigns page, which will redirect you to the campaign's editor mode.
In the campaign's editor mode, in the "Templates" section, you will see one or more templates available for this campaign.
Find the needed template, access the [•••] menu, and choose the "Clone" option. The cloned template will be created, and it will have the same name as the original template, with a "(copy)" mention. The cloned template will be identical to the original one.
Alternatively, you can clone templates on the Templates page, by following the last step described in the tutorial above.
