The "Unsubscribe" page inherits the template color that was configured on the "Main rating" question page in the survey template editor. Other than that, you can further edit any text and apply additional style on the "Unsubscribe" page.

In this article, we will cover the most important aspects of the "Unsubscribe" page customization that will help you successfully adjust it to your needs.

Background colors

The first thing to keep in mind is that the "Unsubscribe" page does not support a custom image or logo, instead, it displays a default image:

Also, the page's colors are inherited from the "Main rating" question page, therefore, if you need to adjust them, you can do so on the "Main rating" page, but please keep in mind that any changes will be applied to all the other template pages.

Individual page customization

On the actual "Unsubscribe" page, you can further style and edit any text displayed. These changes will only be applied to this page and they will not be carried on to other questions or pages.

There is a set of elements that you will find across the page, and we will cover them in the following chapters.

Text block customization

Every element that is surrounded by a dashed line, is a block where you can edit any text encased in it. Here's an example:

In order to edit a text box, you will need to click on it, which will give you the possibility to fully edit the text, but you will also see a list with text styling options appear at the top of the text field:

When applying a text style, please keep in mind that the changes will take effect only on the selected portion of the text. Therefore, if you need to re-style the whole text in a block, then you will need to make sure that the whole phrase is selected.

The text styling options are:

  • Font type selector

  • Text size selector

  • Text color

  • Text styles (bold, italic, underlined)

Also, as a rule, text blocks do not support the option to embed links into words.

"Unsubscribe" button customization

On the "Unsubscribe" page you will also see an "Unsubscribe" button. You can change the text inside the button and the button's color:

Removing options from the page

Any element that has a red X icon can be removed from the page:

If you've removed an option by mistake, or simply want to return it to the page, then you can re-activate it from the "Layout settings" section in the sidebar:

Removing the Unsubscribe Page

If you'd like to get rid of the Unsubscribe Page itself, you need to go back to the Survey Questions part of the template and delete the Unsubscribe button or uncheck the corresponding box in the Layout settings:

In this case, the Unsubscribe Page settings will disappear.
