You might’ve noticed that the numbers on the Dashboard slightly differ from the numbers on the Feedback Page and individual campaigns. Dashboard does not show the number of Promoter, Passive, or Detractor responses, instead, it shows the number of Promoter, Passive, or Detractor customers based on their last survey answer.

While on the Feedback page you can see all the feedback that came through historically, on the Dashboard, you are seeing the final number of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.

If a customer has answered a survey multiple times over time, only the last response will be considered.

On top of that, the imported feedback is not participating in the survey delivery stats, such as sent, opened, or answered, because these surveys were not sent via Retently. However, the imported feedback will be a part of your Trends, and it will be displayed on the Feedback page, and even on the Dashboard.
