If you think one or more topics would make more sense as feedback tags, you can easily convert them.
To do so, follow these steps:
Access the "Feedback Attributes" page and make sure you're on the "Feedback topics" section.
Next, select one or more topics from the list and click the drop-down menu from the top-right "Create topic" button, and click the "Convert to tags" option.
Finally, preview the result in the confirmation pop-up and click the "Convert" button.
If the topic you have converted into a tag was already applied to one or more survey responses, then after the conversion, the topic will be removed from those responses and will be replaced with the new feedback tag instead.

If your Trends and Filters are not showing any results after the conversion of topics to tags, it means that they were based on Topics, and now need to be readjusted to filter your Feedback by Tags instead.
