As you may know, Retently already Integrates with OpenAI to assign and manage feedback topics. On top of that, however, there is one more capability to OpenAI feedback processing. Depending on the content of your feedback, OpenAI will mark the most valuable feedback with a star for you to review and act upon, on a later time.
To review the starred responses, you can simply use this link or add additional filters and criteria and save a custom-made new filter.
First, you need to go to the Feedback Page and click on the "Add Filter" menu and from the dropdown, select "Feedback."
Next, under "Property" from the dropdown, select "Feedback starred".
By default, this option will show you the starred feedback, however, if you want, you can also check the ones without a star (or not starred), simply by clicking on the dropdown under "Condition".
Next, you can go ahead and add additional filters. In the example below, we will add as well the Rating category of the Feedback. To do so, just click on "Add Condition" and select the "Rating category" from the dropdown.
By default, it will show you the positive feedback. However, you can change it to the Negative one, as shown below.
Next, if you want also to see a specific topic or sentiment associated with the topic, add a new condition as before, and from the dropdown, select "Topic & Sentiment".
As you can see in the example, we went with only Feedback that has topics, and the sentiment of those topics is Negative. Click "Apply" next to see the results of your search.
Now, to save this filter, just click on the "Save Filter" button next to your selected options.
Once you click "Save Filter," you will have to give it a name and choose if all of your team members or just you will be able to see it.
Bonus: you can also create a custom filter for a specific campaign only or time frame. For example, if you want to see only starred feedback that came through in the last 7 days, just go to the Filter menu and select "Date Range" from there, you can select you specific timeframe, or just let's say "Last 7 Days". As the last 7 days always update, you will always see only the most recent feedback that was marked as starred.
