What Happened?

If you've received a message stating that your trial account is temporarily suspended, don't worry. This is part of our automatic review process, designed to maintain high levels of security and ensure optimal email survey deliverability for our existing customers.

Our AI algorithm flags certain new accounts for manual verification based on criteria such as user IP address, email domain, previous trial activities, and use of VPN. This verification process can take up to 24 hours.

Why Does This Happen?

We employ this verification process to:

  1. Prevent account abuse and phishing activities.

  2. Maintain high levels of email survey deliverability.

What You Should Do

1. Wait for Verification: Our team is already on it, and your account should be activated within 24 hours after a manual review.

2. Contact Support: To expedite the verification process, contact us at support@retently.com.

What You Should Not Do

1. Do Not Create New Accounts: Creating new accounts will not solve the issue and may result in your IP address being automatically banned.

2. Exception for Domains: The only scenario where creating a new account is advised is if you initially signed up with a non-business or alias domain. If you have a more appropriate email address, you can use that to sign up anew.

3. Multiple Trials from the Same Domain: Creating multiple trials from the same domain may result in automatically suspending all new trials.
