In Retently, unfortunately, it is not possible to recall an email survey. The only possibilities would be if:
You schedule the survey manually for a later date, then you will see the queued survey on the Queue page, where you can delete it: https://app.retently.com/queue.
If you've activated a Regular Email campaign, then there's a small delay until our system picks up contacts and sends them the survey. In this case, switching the campaign OFF would prevent the surveys from being delivered.
