Due to Google’s safety algorithms for new email addresses, the sender’s e-mail address might be shown instead of the sender’s name (even though Retently sends surveys/autoreplies with the sender’s name configured in the template).
The sender's name should be displayed correctly once you send more emails from this address.
To avoid this, you can connect your own email address by verifying your domain or through our native Google or Microsoft integrations on the Domains & emails page.
