To prevent the account from being suspended by Google due to exceeding this limit, our system proactively applies the same restriction as soon as it detects error messages from Google indicating the limit is being approached.
When using our email service to send surveys from your own domain, and the rate of spam complaints exceeds 0.03%. To safeguard the integrity of your domain and ensure ongoing email deliverability, we impose the daily limit under these circumstances.
