NOTE: This option is currently available only for NPS feedback.
When needed, you can manually add feedback to a customer's record in Retently. To do so, you will need to access the customer's profile in Retently (by clicking their name anywhere in the app).
In the profile, click the "Select action" menu and choose the "Add survey feedback option".
In the pop-up window, you will have to:
Select the date of the feedback.
Select a survey campaign where the feedback will be recorded.
Choose a score.
(Optional) Add text feedback.
Finally, hit the "Add" button to record the feedback.
If you need to add a batch of responses from different customers, then you might consider importing them using a CSV file. Learn more.
