Sending emails to contacts from your company's mailbox rather than using a neutral, Retently-provided email address reflects the brand's identity and provides higher reliability in the eyes of your survey respondents.

1. On the Integration page find the Microsoft 365 integration, and hit the Connect button.

2. You will be redirected to the Microsoft verification page where you will have to log into your Microsoft account.

3. Sign in to your Microsoft account and press the “Accept” button to confirm the requested permissions (specifically to give Retently the permission to send email surveys and/or autoreplies from this email address).

4. Afterward, you will be redirected to the Microsoft integration settings page where you will see your connected email address, ready to be used.

You can use your Microsoft email addresses to send email surveys. To do so, access an email campaign's editor page, and press the “Edit template” button to enter the template editor.

Next, in the template editor, in the "Email settings" section, you can choose the Microsoft email address in the “From email” field. Make sure to save your template so that the changes will apply.

Finally, you can also use your Microsoft email address to send autoreplies. To add your email to the autoreply templates, switch to the “Autoreplies” tab in your campaign and choose your email in the “From email” field of each autoreply that you want to send out. Please note if you are using a different template for Reminder surveys, you have to add your Microsoft e-mail to this template as well. You can access and edit the reminder template on the Survey templates page. Otherwise, they will be sent from the neutral, Retently-provided email address.
