The Historical Delivery Stats page is designed to provide you with detailed insights into the performance of your survey campaigns over time.

Below, you'll find everything you need to know about how to use this feature and why it was built.
Overview
The "Historical Delivery Stats" page offers a month-by-month breakdown of your survey delivery performance, starting from the month your account was created. The key metrics tracked on this page include:
Surveys Sent (Delivered): The number of surveys that were successfully delivered each month.
Surveys Opened: The number of delivered surveys that were opened by recipients.
Surveys Responded: The number of delivered surveys that received responses.
Default Settings
By default, the "Opened" and "Responded" stats are displayed as percentages. However, you have the option to switch these metrics to show the actual numbers.
Additionally, the page will initially display data for all survey campaigns combined. You can filter the information to view stats for an individual survey campaign if needed.
Data Aggregation and Updates
π It's important to note that the data for the current month will be aggregated and reflected on the first day of the following month.
This means that the stats for the ongoing month will only be complete at the start of the next month. Moreover, the historical data will be recalculated and updated regularly. For instance, if any past Outbox records are deleted or if older surveys receive responses after some time, these changes will be incorporated into the stats to ensure accuracy.
How the Historical Delivery Stats Page Adds Value
The "Historical Delivery Stats" page was developed to enhance your experience and provide more convenience.
Instead of having to manually filter the Outbox page for each month and save the results elsewhere for comparison, now these tasks are automated, making it easier to identify trends, such as a decrease in response rates, or to spot issues with specific survey campaigns, like a sudden drop in surveys sent out during a particular period.
Data Retention Policy
Due to the increasing challenges of storing past Outbox records, we automatically delete records older than 13 or 25 months, depending on your subscription plan.
However, before these records are deleted, we aggregate the data and reflect it on the "Historical Delivery Stats" page.

How to Access and Use the Page
Navigate to the Outbox section of your account.
Click the "Historical Delivery Stats" icon from the quick menu bar.
Use the filters to customize the data view according to your needs, either by percentage or numbers, and for all campaigns or specific ones.
