In Retently, you can filter your alerts, auto-replies, and the data sent to external webhooks using contact properties.

To get started, access a campaign's editor and open an alert, auto-reply, or webhook. In each of these, you will find an "Attributes filter" menu.

The "Attributes filter" menu allows you to select one or more contact attributes (and more, which we'll cover shortly). You can then choose whether all or any of the selected rules should be met for the alert, auto-reply, or webhook to be triggered.

Here's an example to help illustrate how you can use these filters in your account:

If "Account Manager is Jim Smith" -> send a new Detractor response alert to jimsmith@example.com.

While most of the attributes in the menu are related to the contact, there are a few response-based attributes as well:

- Feedback tag

- Feedback topic

This means that when a new response is received, if the response is automatically assigned a tag (from a Multiple Options question) or a topic (from the AI analysis feature), and if the tag or topic matches the applied "Attributes filter," then the alert, auto-reply, or webhook will be triggered.
