Alerts are not working

Make sure your alerts are enabled and your campaign is turned on.

If you are not receiving alerts, you should check and make sure that they are enabled.

Alerts are connected with the campaign they have been created and will work only with that campaign's data.

To make sure that they will work you will have to access the campaign (or campaigns) where you have created notifications and workflows.

Go to the Alerts tab and make sure that the needed notification is enabled:

Click on the Alert to make sure it is sending the notification to the right Slack channel/Email.

Once you've made sure that your alerts are enabled, click on the Save campaign button.

Finally, make sure that your NPS campaign is also enabled, otherwise, your notifications and workflows will not work.
