The domain/subdomain delegation feature has been discontinued.
Upon learning of the new requirements set by our email service provider, Mandrill, for ongoing domain verification (the addition of two DKIM records and a DMARC record), we initially believed this process would pose significant complications for our clients.
Contrary to our expectations, the Mandrill method proved to be the most straightforward solution.
As a result, we have suspended the domain/subdomain delegation service. This decision was further influenced by the emerging requirement for clients to create a new email address for the delegated domain/subdomain or to implement a system for forwarding emails to an existing mailbox.
In light of these developments, for those wishing to send email surveys and/or autoreplies from their own domain, please consider these alternative solutions:
Verify your domain with Mandrill. If you've previously verified your domain with Mandrill, you will need to simply add the new required records as per this tutorial.
(Expected by March 2024) Integrate your Outlook email account.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience these changes may have caused.
