The domain/subdomain delegation feature has been discontinued.

Upon learning of the new requirements set by our email service provider, Mandrill, for ongoing domain verification (the addition of two DKIM records and a DMARC record), we initially believed this process would pose significant complications for our clients.

Contrary to our expectations, the Mandrill method proved to be the most straightforward solution.

As a result, we have suspended the domain/subdomain delegation service. This decision was further influenced by the emerging requirement for clients to create a new email address for the delegated domain/subdomain or to implement a system for forwarding emails to an existing mailbox.

In light of these developments, for those wishing to send email surveys and/or autoreplies from their own domain, please consider these alternative solutions:
